A estratégia adoptada é caracterizada por marcar o suporte geográfico com valores de continuidade e unidade, de forma a garantir a fusão de todas as partes, para formar um todo, a CASA. Pretende-se que os espaços interiores se fundam com os espaços exteriores, assim sendo todo o terreno é parte integrante da casa, todos os espaços se completam através de varandas, decks, ou uma simples janela que nos projecta no exterior. A volumetria é marcada por três volumes dispostos no terreno em forma de U, compartimentados conforme as funções.
O deck, é o elemento nuclear que se projecta em todos os espaços, e unifica o interior e exterior.

The strategy adopted, is to propose continuity and unit with surrounding space, in order to ensure the fusion of all the parts, to forme a whole, "the HOUSE". Is is intended that interior spaces will merge with the exterior spaces, so that all the surrounding space is an integral part of the house.To fulfill this strategy all interior spaces are completed through balconies, decks, or a simple window that projects it to the exterior.
The three volumes of the building are disposed on the ground in a U-shape, each one with its specific function.
The deck, is the nuclear element that projecting itself in all spaces unifies the interior and exterior.
